Rugby World Cup winning former England coach Sir Clive Woodward says that he fears England will lose against Wales next weekend at Twickenham in the Six Nations.

Woodward says that England need to add some pace to their game if they are to beat England and stay on track for retaining their title.

England have already beaten Scotland and Italy but they are considered to be the tournament's weakest teams.

Temporary coach Stuart Lancaster's team have not yet played at home as both matches have been away victories.

Wales beat Scotland at home in the Millennium Stadium but opened their campaign in Ireland and won away from home.

Woodward says that Wales have an ability to secure quick ball which gives them a crucial edge ahead of the Triple Crown decider.

"I am concerned for England against Wales on Saturday because speed of ball from contact is currently the biggest difference between the two teams," wrote Woodward in the Sunday Times.

"If England want to surprise the Welsh team by exerting maximum pressure on them with a fast game, they have to select and coach players with the skills to deliver this under the stress of Test-match rugby.

"Can England beat Wales? Yes," added Woodward.

"But only if their speed of ball from all phases is much faster than we have seen in their first two games of this season's Six Nations."
